While recognizing the place and responsibility of the church and school in the moral and spiritual training of our youth, it is our firm conviction that the final responsibility must rest with the parents and the home.

We therefore call upon Christian parents to conduct regular daily periods of family devotions and Bible reading in the home and to give every possible encouragement to their children by example and precept.

We believe that the basic answer to adult and juvenile delinquency is to be found in the Bible and its precepts.
