Job Description
The NAE Gospel Beauty & Breadth Project Coordinator is an exempt professional full-time position. The Project Coordinator works collaboratively with all NAE staff to help evangelicals foster thriving communities and navigate complexity with biblical clarity.
The Project Coordinator will provide communications and administrative support for the NAE’s newly established Gospel Beauty & Breadth Project, a multifaceted endeavor to draw women and men into transformational encounters with God and evangelical Christian faith through stories of hope, hospitality and healing.
Qualifications and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Qualifications
- Personal and mature evangelical faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
- Agreement to and affirmation of the NAE Statement of Faith and the NAE’s public policy document, “For the Health of the Nation: An Evangelical Call to Civic Responsibility
- Regular attendance at an evangelical church
- Familiarity with the evangelical community
- Baccalaureate degree preferred
- Careful attention to detail and ability to organize project work
- Experience with WordPress and email marketing software preferred
- Ability to collaborate with others to achieve project goals
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team and flexibility to adjust to needs of a growing organization
- Capability and experience to fulfill responsibilities listed below
Responsibilities
- Collaborates in planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of NAE efforts to draw women and men into transformational encounters with God and evangelical Christian faith through stories of hope, hospitality and healing
- Provides administrative and communications support for the work of the Gospel Beauty & Breadth Project
- Manages project website, email marketing and social media
- Plans and implements project events
- Manages resource editing and production
- Maintains project schedule and ensures timely completion of deliverables
- Manages project expenses and budget details
- Collects impact data for project evaluation and reporting purposes
- Manages team travel arrangements and travel schedules
- Travels for project implementation
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Relationships
- The Project Coordinator reports to the Gospel Beauty & Breadth Project Director
- The Project Coordinator works closely with Gospel Beauty & Breadth project staff
- The Project Coordinator collaborates closely with the NAE Communications team
