Michelle Kirtley serves as a bioethics and public policy consultant for the Center for Bioethics and Human Dignity at Trinity International University. She is also a trustee for the Center for Public Justice. Prior to joining the Center, Kirtley worked for six years on Capitol Hill for Rep. Dave Weldon and Rep. John Fleming as a science and health policy advisor. She holds a Ph.D. in cell biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and B.S. in molecular biology from Princeton University.
